Boxing Training
Pricing $13.00 an hour
With our professional boxing training you will be
trained in an old school style where you will train one on one doing the following:
Cardio
Jumping Jacks
Jump Rope
Squat Jumps
Sit Up's
Punching Bag Work
Additional Exercises
After the conditioning portion, you will be working with your trainer, he will
teach you different types of punches, defensive techniques and proper form.
